Thinking of calling the manufacturer to see what they say. Maybe they’ve got some thinner nuts I can put in there. Tired of paying for alignments that only last a week.

    Thought so too!
However, if he does it like I do then he quits when he passes out.

You talking about that tie rod with heim joints? You said camber arms.

Those are still considered tie rods? Either way, I’ve got 3 arms for adjustment and those particular ones are for camber. Furthest forward arm is caster, tiny side arm is for toe.

Lol! Plenty of room for other activities besides sleeping... and as a result, it makes for a great place to change diapers. That should decrease the last issue you mentioned. ;)

If your SO loves camping, she’ll love it more. If she hates it, she’ll hate it less. Either way, you’ll win!

My wife bought one of those last year. So far, she hasn’t used it once. Based on Bay Area real estate prices, our smaller house, and my recent Zillow valuation, it takes up $2500 of square footage. Nice decoration though... hopefully yours will get some use!

    1985 Pickup 4x4 SCLB 22R 5SPD Manual
Only 55K Original Miles in Spring of 2018
I'm back! Not in a Tacoma, but I just inherited a 1984 Toyota pickup DLX 4WD single cab long bed with the 22R and 5 speed manual. It has been nonoped for the last 15 years, registration is current and has been driven less than 500 miles since being taken off the road. It has served its life as a ranch truck, so the body is rough, but the absolute best part... It only has 55K original miles. No swaps, replacements, accidents, pretty much been treated like a family heirloom. Getting a thorough once over by a local mechanic right now and then I'm hoping to get a transportation permit and drive it home the weekend after next. Anyways, I've missed my pickup and thankful to have this one fall in my lap. I would welcome any pre-first gen related threads if you know of any. See you around. I'll upload pics as soon as I have some.

Oh yay! I'm starting some Cascade hops. I can't wait! Have a guy coming to climb and place my high line! This is going to be epic!
