I did the AC line extension hose to my 2018 SR. I was very careful to route the hose downward, not over tighten the clamp and even used clear hose to be able to see if it’s ever clogged.

Question is on a 68* day using AC should I see drips? It don’t even appear that the hose is wet inside at all.

I drove 5 miles and even let it sit a few mins and nothing.

How humid is it outside? If very little humidity, you won't likely see any dripping.

68* is not that hot. The a/c won't be cycling that much.

Can you hear the pump engauging and disengauging?

My truck seems to drip water profusely in that degree of weather. I’ve had mine done for 6 months with no clog whatsoever. Mine only tends too drip a lot though when the ac is on high.

It’s 30% humidity, and the AC is very cold inside.

Yep, pretty low humidity. There just isn't enough water in the air.

Check it again when it's humid.

If the carpet is not wet and the a/c is cold, then things are working correct.

Dripping is the result of condensation, which is going to be relevant to how humid the air is, and the temperature differential between ambient and the line.

So - dripping could be absolutely normal at the given temperature.
