    I've recently run the numbers and gone on a countdown to early retirement. I'm gonna take early retirement at 58 1/2 when my "cradle robbing" wife :laughing: turns 62. Move to Phoenix permanent; trade full time work and part time fishing/hunting for full time taking my grandkids fishing/camping as much as possible and some kind of part time gig to keep me outta trouble and pay for bait. I explained it best in the 50's thread a couple days ago:

    Morning Gents :wave:. Had a good day yesterday Carl. Went bike (pedal powered) riding from Tinicum Park North along the Delaware Canal. put about 14 miles on. Working up to more miles as the weather gets better. Today, Motrin is going to be my friend LOL:laugh:. When I think I'm in good shape, old age aches come back to haunt me.:(Old.jpg

    Just remember the phrase Rob. "Fail to plan-plan to fail". Glad to hear you are working on a retirement plan. Life is good when you can enjoy doing what you want(even if the wife tells you to do it:D) when you want and best is spending time with the G-kids.

    Did 14 miles yesterday on a rail trail with a friend.He got me back into riding bikes a few years ago.We would do at least 70-80 every week after work.He ended up putting some weight back on and then backing off.Been pushing him this year to get back out.
    So today he wanted to go again.Just hope he doesn't burn himself out.But we are going!
