    That happened to mine! Washed it off and while doing so I noticed a bunch of sand in the inside of the rear rims. So I got just a little bit of it not thinking it was so thick and packed in. Got on the road and quickly found another wash to get it all out of there. Weird how caked on it was in there

    The sand does suck but my wife and I have a developed a really good method of getting the salt and sand off every afternoon/evening so the night is enjoyable. This is all from many trips out there experimenting with gear and methods. I will no lie I USED TO HATTTEEE!! HATE! the PINS but my wife loves it and I finally do too thanks to proper gear and the fishing :)



    There used to be an awesome car wash just passed the Stripes station coming off the beach that had an under carriage sprayer. It was $1.25 and sprayed for 5 minutes. I've run into the same problem with sand and seaweed in years past. Its a must to spend the time spraying under the truck before getting on the road back home.

    Ahhh... Well if sand gets annoying, rub some baby powder all over your body, it keeps it from sticking, and helps shake it off before bedtime....

    FLUID FILM does wonders as far as keeping your truck frame from rusting away.....
