Insurance didn't give me enough to replace it so I bought it back and what was left over wasn't enough to fix it so I'm doin it one pc at a time.
Anyone know if you have to replace the whole bed or can you replace just a side panel and how do you do it?20180326_081625_Film4.jpg

You can get oem besides I've seen few for sell on cl in the past. Its alot of work. Gotta drill out a bunch of spot welds n replace with nut/bolts, and be sure to silicone it too otherwise it will rattle

You can also try carparts.com and find a used one in good shape close by. If you have some basic tools it is not really to bad of job. A friend of mine replaced one on his truck several years ago and if I remember correctly I think it took him around 4 hours. He found a used one that was perfect and even the same color as his truck. He moved last year so I don't run into him much anymore but I will see if I can get hold of him and find out more details if you need it. Good luck with the repair.

I'd consider looking for a new bed at a wrecking yard. Mine has holes drilled in it from a previous owner mounting a 4runner spare tire rack to the bed panels. So it's kinda dented up and rusting. Pic is from a previous owner since I haven't remounted this.

Yeah, its better to replace the whole bed, can be had for cheap or with minimum work.
