    Does anyone here in Sac have a Alu Cab or an ARE DCU I can check out? I was wheeling up in Mendo this past weekend and my fiberglass cap suffered a severe failure, and I need to buy a new one ASAP.

    Wow those are nice, not in my budget though! Does anyone have any info or opinions on the AluCab vs. DCU?

    I know the build quality of the AluCab is pretty robust. One of the fellas that occasionally comes along on our trips has one on his JK. He’s had it on there for over 100k. Still works fine.

    I went to grab a beer out of the cooler and the rear window would not open. I forced it open and noticed that the lower corner of the door did not sit flush or square with the window frame. Then I looked up and saw the crack. Well I guess I shouldn't have had all thay weight up there. The window frames are wore out, and the rear latch has been junk for 4 years now. I have modified it so many times i can count. It is 10 years old, I figure this is my excuse to buy a sweet cap.
