My ecu took a bath. Actually my whole truck took a bath well over the engine. Snorkel kept water out of the engine though. Pulled it out, drove it home an hour away. Now truck runs great, but no response from gas pedal. Even when I unplug pedal, it says engine speed valve stuck, pedal position sensor hi range out of limit, secondary air injection valve self test failure. Truck runs ok, doesn't skip. Just doesn't respond to pedal. Engine does rev up a little when a/c comes on. I replaced pedal sensor, same results, I am going to go out and replace throttle body and air injection valve right now. Think of some stuff I can try!!!

Ok so if this happens to anyone else I will post the solution. I followed the Fualt isolation manual for our trucks. If you have throttle valve stuck, pedal position sensor out of range, and secondary air vavle self test fail all at the same time, replace the pcm, and check for corrosion on the VSC. If you have just throttle valve stuck, and you don't see anything wrong with the throttle body..replace pcm.
