Sorry brother, getting ready to hit the rack now. 0300 comes early. Headed up to Quartzsite to show the contractor where to put the 2 new concrete vault toilets then do a 180 and come back to see my brush piles get burned up. Then back up to Quartzsite Friday to watch/QC the install. Looking for back to back 12-14 hour days.

Just got back home from the car show a few min ago in Apple Valley . The gusty winds had most of the nicer cars away as they didn't wan to get sand blasted . I also decided to not take my Camaro for the same reason

Quite a few T buckets and Rat Rods there and a couple of Street Rods were there though . There was a really nice street legal HDRA class 6 Baja Bug there . it had a built Ford Focus 4cyl for an engine , 50 gal fuel cell , full tube chassis /cage and race suspension

Not a bad day at work but not great either. So after getting home and enjoying a few adult beverages, things are starting to come into perspective. Boss hit me with some good points (that could have been an a$$ chewing) but got his data from a less experienced source. Buy noon tomorrow will be able to counter all his points with indisputable real info. Outside partners want to dispute invoice charges so I get to put on the a$$ hole hat tomorrow and deal with them. It seems the new incentive to retire non-deployable military personnel means that I'm going to be loosing staff officers sooner than expected. That will be fun as I have them in some key positions. But hell, lots of work means job security. Life is Good.

They have it accelerated now. From Med board to review and you're out in four to six months.

It was interesting most of us were in supervisor slots had been for a few years . And most of us had enough points and time to retire. They gave us all notice orders ending no renewal yadda yadda . Not real sure they checked when most of our orders ended it was with in 3 weeks. They told us and I know myself and at least 4 others put our paperwork in. Lol my replacement was not chosen till 2 weeks out and oops I had to burn a week of leave I still had. So he got no training and no inspection of TOE and so on lol. I got a few phone calls which were ignored and occasionally I answered and told my old boss sorry I am not capable cause of my disability's click.
