Hey guys! I am new to Tacoma World, but not new to Tacomas. I drove my 99 pre runner for 350,000+ miles & just finally bought a new one. I've been looking into a few mods & my research always leads me here. I am hoping my fellow Taco lovers can guide me in the right direction. I have a 2017 TRD Sport 2X. I want to install a leveling kit along with new wheels and tires. I am planning to stick with the 17" wheels, but I hate the look of the stock wheels on the sport. Any advice is welcome.

Do you guys recommend the Toytec 2" level kit?

Also, I don't like the way that the wheels/tires sit on the TRD sport. They do not sit as aggressive as I like. I prefer the "Bulldog" look. I know that I need an offset on my wheels to accomplish that, but I am not sure how much is necessary to bring the tires out to the edge of the wheel flares. Any tips?

    Thanks guys!

Welcome! Some love the toytec kit. My recommendation would be to check out the OME kits as well! As far as wheels and tires, that’s a whole other realm of homework for you to do and what your willing to sacrafice
