You’re right and I told them the issues I was having at the same time so the service advisor specifically said he’d pass it on to the other tech’s that deal with the mechanical issues not just the oil changes....which I think this is where they failed to do so therefore the service advisor was left BS’ing me that they had indeed looked at it.

Yes they had my truck in the bay where customers pick up their finished vehicles, I literally got in my truck, turned it on checked my mileage, turned it back off and asked them to make sure they drive the damn truck not just look at it

I don’t have recent experience with any Toyota dealerships for service. You guys are making me nervous. I can say I have never had better service than through Acura.

We had a 2013 VW Jetta TDI, hands down most economical, fun, and most reliable car we’ve owned up until the whole Dieselgate thing and we had to sell it back unfortunately and their service and buying experience was the best I’ve experienced thus far...having said that I probably wouldn’t buy another VW product.

@Taco man17 it was Mechanicsville Toyota near Richmond

I wouldn’t be nervous it just my particular case and given my situation they’re actually trying to make it right now after they f*%^ed up.
I won’t shame Toyota just yet since they’re actually trying to find a fix now after my second attempt.
