New Clutch Issue

I had my clutch replaced last week, on my 1996 4wd tacoma, got it back after 3 days.
When I left the shop, the clutch engaged 1" from the floorboard.
I figured it was just because it was new and needed to be driven a little.
On Sunday morning, I had to put it in gear and turn it on to move it, the clutch would not disengage.
Is this a simple pedal adjustment or something more serious?
