Has anyone had any issues with their rear headrest rattling? Mine just started and I can't figure out why it just started. My passenger side is the one with the issue. It's a consistent rattle and loud enough if my radio isn't up enough I can hear it.
Thanks for any suggestions anyone might have.

Take out the drivers side one and compare?
Are the insert bars spread the same amount etc?
Then maybe look in the insert holes in the seats. any difference?
On the seat there is a lock mechanism where the headrest goes in. Is it stuck?
Then shake the passenger side one in your hand, does it rattle outside the truck?
No real answer here, just what I would try.

I took out my rear head rest in my '16 after the first few days because they block so much of the view. 50,xxx miles later they are still in storage.

My rear passenger head rest also rattles when it's cold and now that's it warmed up it's stopped.

The part that rattles is the button you push to adjust or remove it. I haven't taken the time to figure out a permanent fix, but when it's doing it I pull it all the up and let it lean forward.

My passenger seat headrest rattled. I swapped it with my driver’s side and the rattling stopped. Maybe swap sides and hope the fit is just different enough to keep it quiet??

Unless l have passengers I keep the headrests folded down and they seem to stay quiet, make sure you have the seatbelts locked into the storage clips as they will rattle around.

I'll definitely try this the next time it rattles.

Took it to the dealer finally and it was actually coming from the headliner. The headliner was bouncing up and down against the roof. They added some foam up there and it's gone.
