I’ve ordered some new tires and I’m hoping to figure out the issue so they don’t wear funny.
    Is this an alignment thing?

Yes it's an alignment issue. Is the truck lifted? Where are you getting your alignment?

    Truck’s not lifted
I didn’t keep the factory rugged fails on long enough to notice if they had the same issue.
I think the only place to get an alignment done in my town is a tire store/service chain called Glotfelty Tires

Did you get an alignment done after you put new shoes on her?

No but I definitely will when I mount the new ones
How often should trucks with stock suspension get alignments done?

There is your issue most likely... you were set up for that specific tire and when you changed them it was off by a degree or 2
