    wonder if you hook this up in parallel with the other one and have better cooling or if trans would be "too" cool?

    There's a way to find out...
    But unless you're overheating I must ask why?
    Below operating temperature the trans cannot burn off the moisture that builds up so yes you can run too cool which isn't good either but obviously better than too hot

    Yes you can. I run a factory trans cooler, a larger trans cool, and an external filter
