Damn, the hate is strong.... I've seen sprinters deeper in the bush than most Tacomas. Add the fact that you can easily sleep 6, have AC, a fridge, and carry a dozen surfboards..... if I had the space, it'd probably be my Baja rig.

    You boys like Mexico!?!?!?!

The hate is strong indeed, lots of people talk smack of clean trucks, side steps, shiny tires, etc. Funny thing is that lots of 4x2’s do more wheeling than some 4x4’s, once in a while we like a clean truck.

Exactly, I’ve seen people drive 4x2’s better than others with 4x4 and go further with out issues.

and I've seen a pair of stock Subarus both with RTT's that kept going where the group of 2wd Tacomas were turning around. You should be embarrassed.

    Whole lotta stuff
Sure, some owners and their 2wds will wheel more than some 4wds but they are not putting themselves in situations where it would be needed. A 4wd will always be able to tackle more obstacles than a prerunner. It just depends where you venture.

    Fake locker.

It uses the brakes to stop the wheel that doesn't have traction so that power goes to the wheel that does

ATRAC on the Tacoma i think works mostly/fully in the front. If you have the rear locker engaged ATRAC wouldn't make much sense in the rear. It may do something in the rear with the locker off but not sure.
