Thought about it! Seemed everyone was going terminal route also it looked very clean so i ran with it. I dont see any issue using one pin connectors might be the way to go if your going to mount the switch pro vertical! Or to save space!

You knowing my build and understanding that I need connections that are more sealed because of where I work and building an engine cage will allow more air flow and dust to enter the engine compartment. So im thinking I need to seal up as much as I can.

Agreed based on what your building i think you have a good idea what you need. Honestly you could just use butt connectors and heat shrink if you wanted! i know they make some that have solder in them too! But being able to plug and play is nice so i would do a connector or terminal block set up like i have. You have alot of options depending what works for you!

@SilverGhost I think I have a couple of Deutsch connectors and pins if I ever find them from my move, I will see if I can find them this weekend.

question for those who are the chainsaw masters! with trail season fast approaching. I know a few of you carry chainsaws as apart of your trail gear. is anyone running a electric battery operated chainsaw Vs. Gas I know you can get a decent gas chainsaw for 100 bucks or so, but been wondering about maybe picking up an electric one later on since I have the batteries for lawn mower already. looking at the Pros or cons figured it would be worth asking I keep leaning towards gas but the simple electric ones have me thinking what would be easiest.

I saw @Nazupag524 bust out a battery operated one on the trail one time. Made short work of some downed trees. Seemed like a pretty darn good option if you dont need super long run times and are just looking to create firewood etc

You wont find a decent gas powered chainsaw for $100 bucks, $300-400 is more like it.
