Wonder what's making the 2018's take off so. All the 2015 leases must be getting turned in.

2017 was a record year too for the Tacoma. Toyota does not do stuff without lots of serious research, and when they decided to build another plant to expand Tacoma manufacturing, I knew they knew about this growth coming on.

The Tacoma is by far the best Mid-Sized Truck, plus Full-Size prices are thru the roof.

That and they're becoming a bit too complex for my liking. I know technology moves on but to hell with all that engine technology shenanigans going on with full size trucks. I told myself I might as well stick with another Tacoma even though it gets basically the same mileage, the cost of ownership is way less and I know it'll last me for many years to come. I think other people are coming to that realization too.

Going through press releases from most manufactures show increases across the board on most models. Demand for new vehicles in USA and Canada keeps going up every year.

Midsize trucks still are a fraction of the sales compared to full size trucks.

Do you guys remember all the "other subforum" shitposts on the subject of Taco sales when the third Gen first came out?

"Yeah, the only reason Taco sales are up is because tons of buyers are getting the last of the 2nd gen while they can"

"Those numbers include 2015's too you know"

    LOL
