Not having any luck making my mind up on stereo upgrade

for my 2006 Taco, I want one that will play CD/DVD, clock and reverse camera that I can get the complete kit to replace my factory setup and also remove the factory clock since I have never liked it and new stereo will have the time on it. What's the thoughts of you seasoned fellows that have upgrade audio system in your truck ?

I've always like Pioneer Double Din units. They have a lot of features for the price compared to other brands and they have units in almost all price ranges to fit most anyone's budget.
