    game on!!

it's embarrassing how i cannot cook much in the way of chinese food. hell, i am chinese and my stepdad was a chinese chef.

i am gonna try to learn. i know several of his dishes, but i have never had a wok to do it old school. i have adapted stove top versions but that required me to cook things separately and get them all together there at the end.

    no more..

i ordered a backyard wok burner. the thing has a friggen pilot light!! which is what the turkey burners lack. i am gonna need more propane.:D and i need to buy a new wok..my little 14" is not gonna work at all.

    Amazon.

It’s been fun. Ruining some ingredients, but I’m learning. Small wok - smaller heat.

Nice, I'm trying to find a burner to set myself up with a much cheaper version of a skottle. I found a good cooking disc for less than $40, just need to find a burner that I can pack for camping.

yea..i am gonna get a disceda next. i think a disc would be better for deer-camp. more of a multi-tasker than a wok.
