I have a '17 TRD Sport with a 3"lift. Can I put 285/70/17" tires under her without a rubbing issue?

You should be able to no problem, only thing to worry is if your using your stock wheels they might rub on upper control arm due to the wheels offset

It's all going to depend on your offset. Possible rubbing on UCAs, fenders, and body mount.
