    Morning all

    Construction going on all over

    Nice, work is getting done.

Hot, yesterday hit close to 90° good time to be in a porta potty.

    Still no permits
And now the city wants a survey. 2 grand and it will be about 4 weeks before they can get here. Why? We are following the line of the house so why do we need a survey? "Well, you just need one" asswipes

But back to coffee for now.

    And a musical interlude

Thinking about a good lead based paint for the inside to add a little tang.

    Good Morning Everyone !!! :hattip:

Currently at my AO 0921hrs , 75° , clear skies ,3mph wind from the East and high temp of 88° today

While everyone down the hill is in the high 90° temps and sweating it'll be nice up here especially once the Desert breeze picks up around 1300hrs !!

One good thing about this county is they list the requirements on line. I called to ask questions and was told that it's all right there. No secrets and nothing hidden.

That is the city of Glendale. It wasn't noted on the plans and no one asked for it, until the inspector came by. The inspectors are clueless and look for ways to fail you.
The more they have to revisit, the more they get paid and justify their salary.

They also asked about a soil report.

Dirt and rocks, just like every other house in the area. They let that go

    For now

My garden is a bit smaller than yours. I have to have a fence around it to keep the deer, rabbits and dogs out. Yes, the dogs. They will eat the beans and peas right off the plants. They eat carrots also , but I have to wash um first. The cats see the garden as a giant litter box.
Might get till it this week if things dry out.

I was using my Dad's 026. His neighbor bought a bigger new saw and asked Dad if he was interested in this one. Dad sold to me what he paid for it and now I have a descent saw of my own. Much easier to buy used when history is known.
