The truck has a built data of 1/17 and have got it on 2/2/17.
Today I have stopped by the dealer to check on a part and while talking about all the TSBs and other problems owners have, the service advisor mentioned that it would be good to have mine updated with transmission and computer latest updates.
I do not have any tranni problems (as far as I know), truck runs OK.
What is the up to date TSB re-flash for tranni and CPU? How do I know what I have in it now? Do I need it and should get or should ignore it?

Something like if your truck was built before April of 17 or something you have the bad ECU tune. I had the dealer reflash mine and it was actually night and day difference between the stock tunes

Advisor can get in big trouble for advertising TSB's like that. There is a calibration update to address complaints of poor shifting and delays. It had more to do with the 16's and early 17's.

The only complain I have (mention to the advisor) is that on the same road at the same time (time spacing about 30 min) the truck behaves differently as:
    - from point A to point B it shifts normally at just 3000 RPM and runs smooth.
    - from point B to point A it shifts hard going to 4000 RPM before it shifts and feels like I am towing something.
Road is flat with no wind and no traffic. Same happens sometimes as:
    - from point A to point B is OK from point B to point C is harsh, from point C to pint B is OK, from point B to point D is harsh. All within 1 hour. That is when advisor mentioned about re-flash.
I baby my truck, I do all maintenance and never been to the dealer except for a front headlight replacement and to buy oil filters and gadgets.
