Nah not yet. I was being a guinea pig for MesoJDM...

For a few months among turd genners there's been talk of covers for the "grille" under the headlight that in its stock form is kind of a pointless styling cue.

I liked 'em enough to keep them on the truck so that says something about how the prototype is coming along.

I dig it, it kinda makes the truck get a more 4runner-ish look.:)

Busy day at work for me, friendly reminder to my motorcycle brothers... helmets and proper riding boots at bare minimum! Both the wrecks we worked today would have seen riders walk away from if the had been wearing them.

But helmets are uncool.. how can my hair blow in the wind while I do wheelies at 120 down I10 if I have a helmet on?

Do you do cerakote yourself or did you use a local place?

I actually just got reunited with two of my plinkers from PA today!

10/22 straight pull by PWS that is finally shootable (still needs the trigger sent off for work and probably a bipod, but I can plink with it for now) and my delightfully ghetto blaster of a single shot 12GA that I sawed down to 18" and now actually has a bead sight!

The dingus at my buddy's shop who packed it let them both flop around inside their boxes though. Scope turret gouged on the 10/22 straight pull and barrel gouged on the single shot 12GA. I sent him pics and he was livid. "He'd better hope I calm down enough in the meantime to not fire him on Monday."

I told him I'm not too busted up about it. He already said he would reblue the shotty for me and I was thinking about getting that sweet little 10/22 done up in multicam arid or something anyways...

Any tips on a CMC? I have the total chaos plates to weld back in. But I feel they way they show how to do it isn't enough space.
Anyone alter theirs to be more of a severe cut?
