    Hey everyone looking for more information on the San Tan Valley area. Will be moving from northern arizona. I know I will be looking for land. Possibly 5 acres 6 would be preferable but I havent seen any yet. I grew up in south of Phoenix so I know about the climate. What is it like living around this area? And all the other stuff hahahaha.
    I looked at the moving to az thread but didnt find San Tan valley in there.
