888 OME w OME med duty leaf springs, I didn't do the ECG bushing or anything else, due to time factor, and did everything I was sent in the kit. Inclusing the mid bearing shim. Install went perfect, upon driving noticed vibration in the body and seat at approximately 20mph-30mph. It went away at 35, and never changed even when switching on and off 4wd. The vibrating comes back again strong on deceleration at same exact speed.
    Should I do axle Shims???
I wanted to do the install exactly as Marie said and what they recommended before I started messing with driveline geometry.
*** Also took out mid bearing shim and nothing changed, same vibe at same speed accelerating and decelerating...

Mine is in a tighter range 22mph to 24mph! Bearing drop didint help! Interested to see what the fix is!

    Carrier drop is not necessary...
Middle and pinion working angles need to be equal. Or, first shaft slope and pinion slope need to be equal. Same thing.

Quick and dirty is, angled shim in the amount of rear lift. Example; 2.5" lift=2.5 degree shim, 3" lift=3 degree shim

Mine may be at that. I guess I didn't examine the mph at such a fine rate. I knew it is close. Ordered shims and will be installing asap.

Was told to go with whatever lift you gained = amount of degree to add
    2" lift- 2° shim
    2.5" lift - 2.5° shim
    3" lift -3° shim
    Ect...
    I gained 3" exactly, adding +3°

No, I have stock wheels and tires on till I get the vibes taken care of. The other tires are more aggressive and may not be as forgiving.

hmmm...funny thing was I got those vibrations around the same speed. ECGS fixed it. However you said it exists in 4wd and 2wd. I still wouldn't rule out ECGS though.

I switched in and out of 4wd about 15-20 times. Never changed. And actually felt it stronger in deceleration. That's what made me stray towards driveline vibration, and it's mostly in the body of the cab, and doors, no vibration in steering wheel at all

whats the torque value on your u-bolts? Leaf springs installed correct orientation. I know lots of questions but "occams razor" and all.

This is a bit vague! You have 3 up front and 3 in the back? Or we just going with front mesurments? I would think only the back affects the angle so with just an aal 2 inches it doesn't matter what the front sitting at I would think u need 2 degree
