Do you have the newest Pro 20" combo???...I just received a Rigid SR Pro 20" part# 921313 and have a few questions.

Back story, I have 3 other Rigid products and all have come with complete harnesses and water tight connectors. Also Every Rigid product I've previously ordered had the exact appearance to Rigid website and Google searches. Now to the Point...

I just received part#921313 SR Pro 20" Spot/Driving combo and the actual LED count from Spot to Driving pattern split is very different from images found on Rigid website and Google. The bar I received only has 3 driving optics on each side. Also The bar itself if just an open soldered connection on the bar and harness. I'm not happy about that if Rigid decided to ditch complete harness for spliced connections.

Does anyone have this bar and can you confirm any of the above as correct? I'm feeling like I got a knock off or something that missed final inspection/quality control.

Any info is greatly appreciated! I'll be reaching out to the seller and Rigid tomorrow as well.

    Cheers!

The open soldered connections don’t sound right. Can you post any pics please?

Just talked to Rigid and everything's correct. Apparently you pay more for less now. Pro series bars and harnesses are no longer plug and play, and the image on their website is not updated.

    Yep!

Don't get me wrong, I'm pretty stoked to get this bar wired up. I have no issue with soldering or crimp & heat shrinking proper connections. It's just Rigid had always been "Plug & Play" until this point...

I considered them, but my existing setup is already Rigid and decided to keep it that way. They're also a little cheaper to purchase and I've been extremely happy with them. Plus this thread isn't about which light is better :argue:...

Here's a couple pictures of what I'm talking about.

Harness ends are not "Plug & Play" like all previous Rigid lights20-harness.jpg

The difference in Optics from the actual Item vs Stock photo on Rigid website. My light bar has only 3 "Driving" pattern LED's on each side vs. the stock photo having much more(Or less "Spot pattern" depending how you want to look at it). 20-optics.jpg

Yeah but you shouldn't have to add a DT connector to a $500 light....even some of these Chinese bars and pods are coming with DT connectors. Sound like Rigid is cheaping out.

oh i agree. I will say that the china ones that come with a dt plug are generally fake dt plugs. good china copies.

even on the BD lights i remove the stock crap weatherpac plug in favor of a proper DT connector.
