    Hi all just wanted to see if anyone had tried any of the cheaper roof baskets, The ones around $100. I am going on a week long camping off road adventure and want to store a couple jerry cans and chain saw, gas and bar oil up there. I have a cap and don't want it in with my gear and dog. Any of the ones around $100. built better than others?

    I'd look on Craigslist. Years ago, I bought Yakima Loadwarrior and Megawarrior for dirt cheap. Around $150 or so. I still have one of them. Great quality.
