They are acting as if they are apple techs. Trying to scam people out of money. Just play their game and give them hell! Fucking hate these clowns. Argued with this guy for 5 mins. Hoped you enjoy messing with them like I do

Had one call me at work the other day. He said the call was being recored. I told him to put me on his do not call list. He kept trying to sell. I told him to rewind the tape and listen to what i said.. He kept trying to sell. I asked if i was talking in tounges.

I had Publishers Clearing House call last year. Made them call me a couple times so I could get my funds together to pay them what they needed to send money to me. I kept asking questions, the guy told me he was the one asking questions. Gave me a physical address to o/n a check to. Someplace in Kentucky.

I qualify for Medicare this Fall, hate the calls over supplemental insurance. Still get one outfit calling me, when they ask for me and I ask who is calling, they hang up. To me, that is not a legit business.

I get calls from MICROSOFT saying my computers been hacked every other day, some guy from INDIA trying to tell me to give him my passwords so he can fix it, they probably trying to rip off senior citizens who aren't techno/computer savvy . when I block the number they seem to call from a different locale in the USA and then transfer the call to INDIA to talk to the fake agent. I wish the Government would investigate these scammers instead of Stormy.

I just started to f**k with them I play along and then they get frustrated and start cussing at me in INDIAN. it seems they are very good at getting around the blocks on their tele. phone # , it seems if they call from different local locales in my area, using a different telephone # they get around the one u already had blocked. no way to stop the SOBs.

 

Gotta change your vehicle description man, or add a comma, “manual tow package” makes me think

 

the majority of these scammers are not even based in the USA they use our own telecommunications system to try to commit fraud/scam.

Don't worry you'll get a call back. They'll say your Apple iTunes have been hacked and to give them your Apple ID which I gave GOead@icloud hahahaha and they say you gotta go get a iTunes card and give them the numbers on the back

 

I can say that I get more telemarketer calls than relevant phone calls.

If they ask for a username just tell them it's I.D.10.T. but say the letters phonetically.

 

Lmao that's about the same. I might think I'm important then turns out to be a scam or talking about credit cards or student debt

 

A bit lengthy but I thought this was funny.

 

I sometimes enjoy messing with the ones who call telling me my computer is sending error logs. I ask them 'which computer', what is my IP, what is the make/model/OS of the unit, etc etc.

Sometimes I'll say something like 'I'm so glad you called, this machine is really frustrating me and I need help'. I can hear them drooling at that point.

Then I let them go into the deal of how to give them remote control, ask lots of stupid 'how do I' questions so they have to start over a lot.

Sometimes I ask why they can't get real jobs instead of being telephone thieves. Or at least be man enough to rob a bank and face their victim.

I usually get cursed and hung up on then.
