The gap between the grill and front bumper, it normally is a lot closer. Also the side view of the truck. I didn't body lift the bed, because I'm planing on building a ute style tray and selling the bed to someone with a reg or ext cab that wants a shorter one. In order for me to stuff a 37" I would have the cut the bed all the way to the top of where the existing fender flare was .

Body lines on the side and grill.

    1. Will it be a flat belly with that much of a lift?
    3. Why not move the front axle foward to clear the firewall or do a cab mount chop instead?

    1. Its only a 1" roger brown BL. I have the old style MC07 dual case adapter that's not clock-able. I could clock it at the inchworm trans adapter up to 10 or fifteen degrees. I don't want to have to modify the twin sticks at all or the crawl box shifter anymore than I already have. I never hit my stock case with less clearance. The biggest issue is the rear cat is right where the output for the front driveshaft is, and there is already no room for the exhaust. With the High pinion and the case where it is my front driveshaft angle is really good.

    2. axle is moved forward, we built it to stuff a 37" tire, don't have to mess with the cab mount. Probably going to have to trim in some other places and maybe the front bumper wings .

Looking good. Congrats on the progress so far.

I have the exact same body lift. Roger brown makes a good product. 1” is really nothing, and the benefits are plenty. I wouldn’t go taller than 1” though.

My wheelbase is at 104”, with 5.5deg of caster (dana axle)

Looks good though. I had the same issue with the dual cases and didn't clock them but just beat the floor back and moved the cat back a few inches to give room for the knob on the tcase with no body lift.

125 or 126 wheel base as well. Takes a little getting used to but super stable on climbs.

Truck looks great and so does the link setup and brackets are nice and simple. What's your limit of up travel, and is limited by your shock throw, steering rods or diff center to oil pan?

Any updates on this? Also as someone who owns a black taco, you should keep it black

OP hasn't logged in since October, sadly probably a dead thread, I hate when that happens with a badass build

such an anticlimactic end- I just blew through this entire thread at work today... And I was hoping to read the end of the story. Crazy build. Took great notes. I am going to start this adventure this year and see how long part accumulation takes. Hopefully OP gives finishes the write up :)
