    Yeah the “kid” they got to replace me crashed the machine on the second day. Crashed it so hard they had to have a factory service tech replace the spindle and then reset all the axises to get it back to spec. It was a 4yr old machine when I was on it and would hold 0.0005, when they fixed it would barely hold 0.005, once yah crash em they’re never the same.

    It definitely cost em more than $0.10

    Tuesday it was in the 80s, today 60s, tomorrow 40s.
    Bio metric screening yesterday. Everything good except little over weight. It took 3 finger pricks to get enough blood to test.

    At work we have service tech from Mazak that works there full time. Yesterday a new Gleason gear cutting machine crashed, 2 months old. I had to rebuild the cutter, I did have a quiet night up to that point.
