Okay so this took me awhile to figure out but the new OME leaf packs come with a grease fitting. They require a grease needle you attach to a grease gun. Under every contact point you have there is a small spot for the grease needle to go into and lube away. Just apply enough to see some grease come out between the leafs. Once done your issue will go away. I just did mine about two months ago and haven’t had anymore issues. However with road grime and off-roading and mud puddles you will need to do it again eventually. OME designed their leafs this way so it’s easier to lube. No fluid film or other crap needed. Just grease gun and a grease needle. Here is a link for you below!

That’s what I just posted but you’re supposed to use an actual grease gun and needle. And yes that is the needle lube point!

So I put my dakars in a couple weeks ago. Before installing them I bought some marine grade ngl-whatever-2 grease and when to town everywhere in the springs...

Lasted maybe 3 days and they are squeaking like a mother now.... Looking for more options

I use Lucas Red N' Tacky on everything else already, probably going to use it for this as well since I don't want to change out my grease gun. Looking at the data sheet it's good enough for this TSB, the washout is at their recommendation. Turns out it's a LOT cheaper than the marine grade stuff too.

    https://www.amazon.com/Lucas-Oil-10005-Tacky-Grease/dp/B000ARPVO8

Had no idea about the TSB until now, this is great news! Mine squeak so bad...breaking necks for all the wrong reasons

See my and others' previous posts for what we used. I listed the ones that ARB recommended and others here have specified what worked for them.
There's also the "Products Discussed in..." at the bottom of this page, though it only lists what's in Amazon (b/c of TW's affiliate program, I presume)

Honestly I used some Tractor Supply Brand and it worked great. Its bearing grease and its green, that's all I remember. So OK4WD.com is a store based out of New Jersey somewhere and they are the ones I purchased my OME BP-51 suspension and Dakars from, they are super smart when it come to OME products and they are the ones who informed me of how to lube them. Ive also called them several other times while installing my suspension and they are super helpful!

So I want to put these in at all 4 of the lead spring bushings...

I know they are 18mm... does anyone know the length off hand of all 4? Are the all the same or is one end longer?

Mine are only for the front leaf spring bolt. The bolts in the shackle I believe are a different size.
