I don’t think I could ever make 6 figures here haha. I might be one of the only ones in the office with a degree
Ya definitely not bad for working at home while still in school.

oh its the same here just a smaller scale. Things that should be 280-320 are 440-550. If this works out ill be upside right 70k off the start. Literally the only reason and chance for me to get a home.

That's insane that prices are UP 150-200k. 150-200k gets you a pretty nice house here.

440-550k is just about the most expensive extravagant house you'll find here, short of a mansion.

It’s pretty ridiculous here at the oceanfront or in certain neighborhoods. 550k doesn’t even get your property at the oceanfront.

Here’s also some less than great areas here that you can get into at that 150-200k range no problem

Ocean front, lake front and all that is always ridiculous. I love the low cost of living here.

189k for this one in a great area.

Or if you you're ok with the county schools instead of City schools, and a slightly longer commute your money goes a lot further outside the city limits in the county.

That makes me sick. I couldn't imagine spending that kind of money on a house like that.

That much gets you a house like this here. More house than anyone even really needs. I don't want to even think what a house like this costs out there.

That house would be well over a million here. That lot is huge for around here, wish I had that much space.
