My wife is on way home from a business conference. doesnt look like work to me. just sayin

 

Picture that with more than a thousand applications and petabytes of information! Problem is that old stuff contains data and users still need to still access it. Images, information, etc. And all that index data has to line up when you move it so things still work, and users be able to get to it. Business Office you only have to keep 7 years max. Medical they want forever. Even after your dead although the 7 year rule kicks in for some situations there.

Spent most of the last decade moving data across systems and sites and every site had to be different with different applications and ways they use data. With most being proprietary systems that don't expose data elements. The cut over last weekend is the Mother Ship and largest yet. This fall finally will have everyone singing on the same sheet of music but it has taken a long time to get there. And a shit load of money. Bastages scheduled the last one during hunting season. And did last year too, obviously whoever is in charge is not a hunter.

Good rule. For deer too especially archery hunting. Grab hold of the rack and they get up and run off with you half hanging on is no fun, trust me

 

Only part was racing and it's back to normal now, but get it higher than I have been with exercise.

 

Sometimes you just gotta let things fail or at least let them all know that failure is immanent.

we must have got the same front. had small hail but i was off work. pulled taco in garage
