Hi guys, anybody have any recommendations for leer camper shell dealers? Looking for a Leer 100XR and installation for cement taco.

Or any other recommended camper shell brands?

    Thanks
    Chris

I went to Santa Rosa Campway for my used SnugTop for $1400, but that was back in 2013. The San Jose places are super expensive. I would consider waiting it out on craigslist, forums, or getting something better like a vagabond outdoors campershell.

I figured it would be pretty expensive in San Jose, youre right, its probably just better to wait it out since I am in no rush anyways. I'll look into the Vagabond campershell.

    Shortbed

Thanks, I will check them out too.

At the time, all the campers I was being quoted were ~ 2k. Just a note, a camper w/ sliding windows and a screen were super important to me because I slept inside the bed. Having ventilation was key. Some of the other models have old style pop out windows that only open up like an inch. That's basically as useless as it can be for ventilation since you don't get a cross breeze. They may look nicer because they're priced at the top, but they're realistically garbage.

I feel like the obvious choice hasn’t been mentioned yet:

I know you said you were looking for a Leer. Maybe you should check out Vagabond and see what options exist for you.

The vagabond looks great! I’m not ready for one quite yet. I look forward to checking them out in person.
