I'm pretty sure the 2tr will take 10psi on factory internals.... What is your goal? Do you have engine management already? I have a mapecu3 I'm trying to let go of with a plug and play harness for newer 2tr ecms...

Haltech is the beesknees! Don't miss gas tuning problems! I like flash tuning since you have a very good starting point to build tunes from. Also, if you need the engine manual for checking against service limits I have it for you

Hey guys, 4runner owner here but you guys are more active than the Hawaii 4runner forums. Can anyone recommend a shop/installer that can bring in Nitto tires at a reasonable price? Thanks in advance.

Combs Performance or Discount Tire Hawaii.

If you go with Combs, you can go to Mod Industries to have them mount and balanced for a reasonable price.

Damn... If those are anywhere close to OEM quality, then I would say I would probably buy those.. Just looked at Amazon to se how much I paid for the Moog ball joints when I did mine in my taco. The ball joints alone would cost you like $60. Then you would need to buy the bushings. Then pay someone to do the labor. Or you can buy these, and just swap them out. I forget how much Scotty's in Pearl City charged me back in the day. Not sure how much someone with a press would charge you on here. I know that technically you could press them out yourself, but that may be more headache than not.

I say it's the perfect time to go Dirtking

Rockauto has these are half the price of the one you linked to

    Edit:
I just now noticed your link shows for a pair, the ones I suggested are individual

Dirt king and all the other LT companies cost about $1400-$1800 for stock LCA replacements and at that point its smarter to just save the extra $1000 and get the +2 or 3 kits. Which aren't in my budget at the moment or I'd do it already.

Maybe I'll give these a try. After some googling the average cost just for 1 ball joint is $160-250. Plus my bushings are going bad so figured might as well just to the it on both sides

Holy shit though after shipping rockauto is only $114 to the door

    *EDIT*
Correction. It was $140 to the door but still a great price.

I really like RockAuto, especially how they grade the parts as "Daily Driver", "Economy" and "Performance"
