    I'll message you on facebook tonight. I don't remember his info but I did friend him on FB last night so he would let me know if/when it was up for sale. Marlin was saying they could do a custom crawlbox build for his FJ but he didn't seem very interested due to fab costs.

    At least this round of carnage is lower than the last set of gears I blew. This one seems to be just the ring gear that went. Time to call ECGS and then drink heavily while I wait. :oops:

    Another good option could be a ford 9". No matter what either would be sweet!

    *Edit: I have no real clue what I'm talking about with axles but I have read some really good info posted by @jberry813. You should check out his thread if you havent. Heres his post about why he chose a ford 9"

    I am no gear expert, and I could be wrong (probably am), but judging from the wear marks, and from where it broke, it looks to me like the pinion isn't sunk far enough into the ring, and it is tip loading the ring teeth
