Awe hell, I'm in here every damn day (according to my wife). "Flex Friday" just means posting a pic of your flexed oUT TAco...

 

I'm picking up what you're putting down, and I like it.

 

I know its Monday, but I am out of town for work and had to drive 3 hours in a Kia Sportage. I needed a drink, Texas style.

 

That beer is the Kia Sportage of cars. Drain, crush, and destroy all evidence.

 

It was free and it was cold. The hotel has an evening social hour where they serve appetizers and drinks. I couldn't pass that up.

 

The jury has returned its verdict.

So then were the appetizers spicey pork rinds?

 

Last night they had chips and salsa, some fruit and some cheese and crackers.
Tonight is Itallian, so we will see what that means. I am curious how a Texan cooks Italian dishes. But, more free beer, so I'm good.

We fished 3 different spawning areas I know of on our little lake . Evenly caught so as not to wipe them all out , and these are good fish for eating .

There is nothing else to say about that.

 

Saw several of them Monday. A particular cove on the lake was at seems to have a bunch of them. It also has a bunch of fish though . We have an agreement. They stay out if my kayak if I stay out of their water.

 

That would freak me out. Don't like snakes to begin with, swimming ones are just evil (physics are wrong). If they swim and have venom, time to move to a new neighbourhood.

 

Reminds me of a time when I was visiting my uncle in Oklahoma fishing on his boat and just got out of the water and saw snakes swimming
