    sent you a pm.

For everyone reading, these handhelds have been a freaking hassle! and I am sorry about that. Coordinating back and forth with alientech, along with their software updating a billion times and causing issues for multiple people, it's likely we won't provide more until they can get their bugs ironed out.

Mat, while you are considering possible places for relocation of your business, don't overlook Alabama.

Most people would be surprised at the NASA facilities, AirBus aircraft manufacturing, Mercedes, Toyota, Honda, Hyundia, Remington, Polaris, and Austal military ship construction facilities here.

Beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast and the best college football in America.

Golf, hunting, and fishing....we have you covered.

Just so you know, Nick Saban will not live forever! LOL! I’m not saying I want him to die, just stating the obvious.

I have been watching this thread from the beginning, with the hopes of eventually buying one for myself. I’m sure it must be frustrating for you as much if not even more so than for the users. You’re doing something no one else can or will do More than likely because they saw all the challenges you’re facing as insurmountable, that sets you apart from the crowd. Obviously you’re not going to stop now and cut bait, but I don’t want to see you lose heart either. Stay strong Mat! I’m sure you can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Question for all the supercharger Tacomas with OVTUNE installed.
    Here is my mod list.
    TRD blower,OVTUNE,2.5 pulley,TRD CAI,DT long tube headers,TRD catback,boost reference,restrictor jet mod.
My question is, does anyone notice around 75 to 80 miles per hour that your air fuel ratio leans out for example.
Cruising my ratio is at 14.1-14.3afr
So why I am cruising and I get up to speeds of 75 and 80 miles an hour I noticed there is a spike in air fuel ratio where the ratio would be bouncing up to 14.9-15.1afr and holds there until I give more throttle or let off the throttle. I'll try to get a video up soon. Oh the air fuel ratio is measured off AEM failsafe boost gauge. And one more thing at wide open throttle I am still seeing my air fuel ratio in the mid-to-high 9s. What are your A/F ratios @ wot?

Well I am tuned with OVTUNE I thought this might be the right spot for it because this is a topic about the tune and wonder if any of the other supercharged guys are noticing spikes in the air fuel ratio.

I would say this is intended to conserve fuel at "cruise" or normal driving. Not a bad thing as long as it doesn't go lean while stepping in to it. 9s is really rich.....

Not quite sure why youre here dictating how this thread should flow since, correct me if I'm wrong; I've been wrong before, but you don't have anything OVT wise in your possesion. IMO this is a generic thread that started as a feeler to gauge interest for Matt to support the 2nd gen.

Yes this thread will contain FAQ's that are repeated over and over and over again since it contains 2600+ posts of information, some that is directly related to OVT's product and some that digresses but ultimately in a round about way could and would be useful to someone that has $500+ and be the deciding factor in them wanting results. When you spend that kind of money to be a customer and hold a physical product in your hands, in my case 7months of holding a glorified $500 OBII gadget that just spits out the same response every time, then you can have a valid complaint/opinion about what is discussed here.

Maybe this thread should serve as ongoing interest and FAQ for OVT newbs, and we need to start new threads that pertain to supercharged OVT users, and also those of us that are FBO NA OVT users to keep the bullshit seperate that you seem to have a problem with. The seperation of each aspect relating to OVT's product would seem like a contradiction to most outsiders that come to this thread as it would divert Matt's time from tune production to customer service adressing the same bland PM's/emails he most likely reads that are ten fold to the "it's not an update about the next batch of handhelds available for you to purchase" response you're obviously waiting . TW isnt the only place Tacoma owners can purchase his tune. He has stated that no further 4 0 products will be offered until current customers are taken care of. If you didn't jump at the opportunity to purchase a handheld offered for sale by persons who decided to part with them, then you'll just have to hurry up and wait.

I've been very understanding of this whole process and gone against my "as a consumer" ethics in terms of patience and ultimately product as described satisfaction. At this point my satisfaction is yet to be fulfilled however giving the product thst some off us have seen/experienced from idea/concept to results and feed back from.other customers combined eith the continuous evolution of this first of it's kind, for this platform, product I :rasta: to keep my patience afloat.

Did I mention the 7 months of anticipation and anxiety to actually be able to use and see results that I paid for? Get off your high horse, because IMO you doesn't even own the one of a kind saddle that unlocks the benefits to this (1grfe) pony. :deadhorse: you're a bit late to this party and already passed on the opportunity to pick up this piece of technology you seem to desire via another TW member while OVT has a stop sale to catch up on the backlog of work he has accumulated.
    /Rant

I definitely feel like we need some separation of this topic since it has gone from a product offering feeler to full blown delivered product, for some, and only one thread, as of right now, to share results/experience regarding OVT for the 1grfe. I mean theres 3?, 2 for sure threads containing more info that one would ever care to know pertaining to the 3rd gen 3.5L, MT vs AT. The 2nd gen could easily take up threads pertaining to MT/AT and SC/NA.

If you're jumping at everyone who replys here about nonsense, you'd never make it past the 1st page in the 3rd gen section.

Now time for something OVT related, @OVTune just checking via another avenue if you've had a chance to make a modified tune off my stock file. I've sent you a few emails this week with no reply. I've sat here and watched a few pester you about timelines you've projected come and go, I'm not trying to be that guy. I see the portfolio of vehicles you support, and proven results in the work you do and can only imagine the workload you've recieved from the Tacoma alone. Just looking for a status update.
