    Hello,

I recently purchased new head lights from protuning lab because mine were extremely faded and I wanted to upgrade to HIDs. Everything was pretty straight forward with the install and they fit actually good. Well upon trying to test the lights, both Lo beams do not come on, but the Hi beams come on. Also to note, while the Hi beams are on the blue light indicator on the dash does not come on. I tried searching for a while but could not come up with a solution. I have a 2001 2.7L manual.

    What does the vendor suggest?

Wiring is probably backwards. You'll need to swap pins on the H4 connector. The ones for hi/low beam. Can't remember which. I had this problem before with a TRS relay. I believe they may have some info on their website about it.

Tried swapping the pins in every possible variation and the only light that came on was the Hi beam still. What baffled me was, I then put the pins directly on the battery terminals and still only the Hi beams. I even tried on both hids with the same results. It leads me to believe they sent me faulty bulbs and/or ballasts.

I think it's an h1 high and hid projector low setup. In any case did you check the hids before you installed them by providing 12v/ground to the ballast. After that tests out we need to know what plug to ballast setup you have. Are you running a relay harness? Without any pictures it's kinda hard to know what your dealing with and what the problem is.
