    Ask him if he enjoys making his grandaughter cry? Then tell him to stop doing it. My dad did stupid shit with my kids and I put a stop to it asap. From experience with parents and in-laws you have to establish bounderies and let them know what is and is not excepted. That baby is too cute to make her cry .

    I guess I’m living the opposite experience from everyone else with the in laws. Mine live behind me and across the steeet, it’s only a 5 houses apart in total to explain how close they are. Free daycare was our main reason for the house purchase to them so close.

    Yes they have there moments with being annoying with the kiddo but we just have to tell them that we are trying to do something this way and we all need to do it the same so she understands. Occasionally there is the them trying to teach us a lesson in parenthood we just listen and then roll our eyes later and continue with how we are raising her.

    They also know they can not just drop by ever, they need to call or text 5 mins before ever coming by and that’s only if we say we are available, same goes for us to there house.
