If you don't like sunroof & she's a deal breaker, think of it as an escape hatch :D

Not a big fan of sunroofs at all unless there factory installed. They've come along way since I had my '77 TA which leaked on a dry day & cost a fortune to repair seals. But the wife has one on her car & I like it. The do require regular maintenance tho.

TRD OR will only have a sunroof if it has the additional "Premium Package". It also lowers the interior head room. Are you looking at the TRD OR DCSB? MT or AT? 4cyl or 6cyl?

It has happened but it doesnt seem like a big thing. It can happen to all sunroofs and I hear about it with many different makes not just Toyota.

I couldn't find enough proof to make it seem true or false. But it makes sense, light is energy, and the tint will absorb the energy instead of letting it pass through like normal...

Yeah not getting that on the OR. It will have power on almost everything. All TRD OR A/T's will come with power windows(including rear slider)/locks/mirrors, keyless entry with push start(my key only leaves my pocket to lock the tailgate but they may even come with auto locking tailgates now) and Toyota Safety Sense(auto braking/adaptive CC and I'm not sure what else and it can be turned off) possibly other things. I'm not as up to date on what is new on the 18's besides TSS.

No they do not. It only comes on the A/T. M/T's only get ATrac and the E-locker.
You dont have to use them. I usually just run in 4hi and dont turn ATrac off. 4lo if its a steep climb and ATrac off I want/need to spin the tires in mud. When you arent getting grip from being either off camber or climbing up ledges, MTS is an alternative to using the locker. I've actually had MTS get me up an a rough climb my locker couldnt.(@Bell214b saw that happen at Jambo)

Multi Terrain Select which has 5 levels of traction control with individual wheel braking. I think of it as ATrac(Active Traction Control) on crack. It does enforce one bad habit of just give it more gas to go forward rather than picking a better line to be able to crawl up something.

From what I know it does have a very similar type of system. My dads been looking at them but I'm trying to steer him into a 4runner instead. Especially since it could become the last vehicle he buys and I dont think the jeep will hold up well for that long.
