Currently I’ve the HS AAL + OL leaf on the truck and AllPro Ubolt flip kit. Can’t I reuse anything from that?

is anyone running these with 5160's, and i currently have 3'' Toytec lift would it make the rear sit hire? I can't decide whether to buy the heavy duty or medium duty leaf packs. I travel a couple of times a year with a full bed, and with an aal and it sags a lot.

UPS just delivered. Gonna have to look into spray painting it before the install, any recommendations?

    Pictures below:

The pkg came with below via USPS:
Won't be using these longer Ubolts because i'll be reusing the AllPro flip Ubolt kit thats currently on the truck.

I wouldnt worry so much about painting them as I would taking them apart and spraying them with fluid film.

I'll second that, next time I have mine off I am going to take them apart and basically "paint" them with graphite lube.

Good to know, I was able to get the squeek to stop for a but by just dousing them in WD-40 before my last wheeling trip but it was so dusty they were back to the squeek by the time I got home

Is extended brake line a must with Full Dakar and with/without AAL?

And any regret from going with Full Dakar + AAL?

You'll need extended brake lines if you run Bilstein extended length 5100s

Mine is 5160. So just need to get the rear extended brake lines, correct? Have you extended the front brake lines in the process?

Looks like HS sells rear extended brake lines:.

Rear brake libe: 4” additional length
    https://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/p127/24"_SS_Extended_Length_Rear_Brake_Lines_-_05__Tacoma.html

This front brake line is 1” additional length
    https://www.headstrongoffroad.com/s...cement_SS_Front_Brake_Lines_-_05__Tacoma.html

This Front is additional 5” length:

5160 extension length is 24.06", you might be ok without extended brake lines.
The extended 5100s are over 3 inches longer at full extension at 27.28"

Not a must but for peace of mind, I believe it's worth it. Do it right the first time!

Yes, I have the B110 shocks and they are LONG so longer lines are necessary. Also look at better bump stops for the rear as the stock ones may be too short for your suspension at full compression. Wheelers Superbumps ftw!

Can you guys share link to Fluid film or graphite lubricant for these Dakar leaf? I wanna do what ever needed to stop or reduce the squeak and rust on these before the install.

@HeadStrong Off-Road what are the other better options you recommend to add height? I have a constant ~600 lbs Xtra and don't think the ome aal is the right move to get 2" extra height. What to you recommend? I'm looking for extra height so that it is level with the front. Currently the rear sags by 1.5-2" thanks for your recommendation.

Just ordered new HD Dakar pack. I sent Marie an email yesterday with some questions, she got back to me that evening very insightful. I don’t really need the hd but better to have an not need kind of thing. Replacing my current icon setup with ome due to being armored now. This route is way cheaper than upgrading what I currently have an better for my use.
Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road thanks for you response great personal customer service.

I can't tell you it's confirmed, but I did it and it's worked for the past 7000 miles.
