Is there a good cheap way to weld aluminum?

    They do make rods for stick welding o_O

    Doesn't really get cheaper than that. If you don't care about aesthetics it could be a viable option. I have also seen it brazed. A torch, and rod would work.

    It's risk free, you're not happy they hand you back the cash, the end. Way better warranty than any of the other China alternatives, plus a power switch on the front and better cord management.
