Brake pedal vibration at 18mph

2016 DC TRD OR

Just picked up a 2016 Tacoma. I feel a vibration in the brake pedal right at 18mph when braking. It happens maybe 1 out of 3 brake events. The vibration is pretty mild. When I drive at 18mph I dont feel anything, only when braking. Seems odd its always at 18mph.

Any ideas what is causing this?
