hey I live in Okla and does anyone with the new leather seats in the premium and tech pkg with leather either one they are same seats seem to stay warm for a while? My wife was asking why they are so much warmer and don't cool than my black leather Katskins in my last truck or her black leather seats in her Tourareg? Didn't know if it was different material or if just maybe the Tacoma interior just gets hotter. My Colorado was all black interior with al little gray and gray headliner and the Tacoma is all black but does have black headliner also. I also put in the front window screen and crack the windows.

Are the seat heaters staying on when turned off?

no . it is just the seats holding the heat from interior and sun from outside when we are out of truck for like 30 minutes or so then they stay warm for some time and no heated seats work great and they are not on.

The leather is actually softTex. Seats in my '17 pro dont seem any different than anything else with leather I've ever had though.....unless I turn the heaters up lol.

My 18 w leather seems pretty similar to my previous 3 series with the upgraded Dakota leather, with regard to heat. Granted, our Tacos don't have real leather in the middle, the textures areas are a synthetic material.
