    Those autos are pretty stout ain't they? I'm kinda on the search for an auto 2nd gen Tacoma for the ol lady...last and only Toyota auto I had any experience with was a 99 3.4 runner and I hammerd on it hard for a while with no real issues

    No issues with mine but I’ve heard some complain about the shift points and I think most of those complaints are for 3rd Gens.
