    2013 Chevrolet Volt.

    Awesome car. Excellent DD if you don't need to haul anything, and if you live close enough to things you frequently drive to, such as work, grocery stores, etc, and if you have a place to plug it in.

    Stupidly cheap to operate. Very reliable. I was very impressed with the quality and reliability. The only issues I had were two tires that needed replacing. One caught a nail, and one had a sidewall fail hitting a pothole.

    It made me take a look at the Colorado... but apparently I liked the Tacoma more.

    Yeah I miss it sometimes! In the right conditions, on a summer's night with cooler air and warm pavement, this thing could keep up with 600cc bikes. Not a lot of people outside of mustang/camaro circles know about the 03/04. Glad to hear your uncle's neighbor knew what was up!
