Ask to see what she spends at the salon every month, that will end the discussion quick.

You know Ima dreamer, and my heart’s offroad. I had to drive away high, so I didn’t get stuck low. Home Sweet Home...
That’s looking fun!!! Always right in my back yard here in Hendersonville.

Good to know. I guess that’s the god thing about alloys. I like my factory rims except for the fact that a LOT of trucks are riding them.

I could platsti derp them and be done with it. Have y’all seen that thread?

There's a good resale market for the OEM if you decide to swap them out.

The offset and size also make them great for a 255/85/16 with minimal lift and no cutting.

Aight TW fam. I know there’s a difference between MODs and sicking some vinyl to a truck or tacking on some accessories...

True gearhead MOD mode is shown by @1997tacomav6 ‘s Build Thread and his sweet 1997 SX that’s tricked nine days to Sunday...

    Sweet ride... innit?

Notice the prescense of an appparently suppprtove spouse or significant other in a couple of the photos... since that has come up earlier in this thread.

Point being that there will be much reading, learning, and saving up before the true MODs start on my taco. Probably a few home renovations will happen too, if I’m honest.

The quoted post is an eye opener tho... about how deep we can get, and how far we can take these awesome trucks we drive. It also shows just how far performance mods can go. Then there’s off-roading mods. So many directions to choose from. So much good info, inspiration, and exemplary work going on out here and generous Tacoma drivers sharinnot here.

At any rate, it’s great to see examples like that one above. I look forward to piecing together the perfect daily driver. For now, it has started with a console organizer, some red touches to add a bit of personalization, and some nice running boards that the dealer installed for 15% off.
