    It's gotten so bad in my town that it takes me 5 minutes or more just to pull out of my neighborhood. Then trying to make a left on the street where my daughter's school is takes 2-3 entire light cycles because Baseline (Hwy 7) is a single lane road in each direction and the morning rush hour is literally a line of cars non stop for over an hour.

    Yet CDOT does nothing.

    yup, basically anything west to east is mostly all single lane roads. Unless you take 119 or 120th ave. I think its cause of the Toll road E-470, even tho the state doesn't own it. only other 2 lane hwy between boulder area.

    i'm surprised HWY 52 isn't two lanes yet.

    I just have the standard 2017 TRD off road. Maybe I should just drive it this summer and see how it goes. I haven’t tried sevenmile road for example.

    I follow some of the rides the group is doing here and have been reading up on “recovery” methods. I don’t want to be the guy who isn’t prepared and following trail etiquette. But maybe just stock suspension with no lift is good enough clearance, and I should start with a few key skid plates to cover the “learning” pains.
