So I've recently been working on my 2015 Toyota Fourrunner TRD PRO and think I'm almost done (although it truly never ends). One thing I noticed is a need for bigger tires. My question to you all; If I were to bump up from 265's to 285 tires, which tires do you suggest? I'll be living in Denver starting in June, so snow tires might be a plus for making my way to mountains. Listed below are all the mods done so far. She's a bit heavy! I'll be doing a lot of camping outside of Denver along with drives to Aspen in the Winter.

I'm also new to the site, so any help is appreciated!

    Nice rig!

Look into Cooper ST Maxx. All the reviews say they're great. I've only had it on some rainy pavement but no issues so far.

For all out snow traction- Duratracs. For good snow traction but less noise and more durability on trail- Cooper ST Maxx.

How many miles do you think they last? Obviously including rotation etc.

Duratracs? To be honest I’ve never looked into them. Good on snow I see, but could / will they wear down quick if I’m doing a lot of city driving in Denver? I’m in Aviation technical school 20 miles away, so 40 miles Monday thru Friday.

My brother has 285/70/17 Nitto ridge grapplers on his 18 pro with the toytec 2.5. I’ve had two sets of them, one on my Tacoma and they’re the best tire out IMO

I’m thinking of getting these tires when my current ones wear out. How are they road noise, and in snow or wet conditions?

Wouldn’t be able to tell you about snow being in Texas, but they’re absolutely silent in the road. Great in wet conditions!

My truck is my DD and sees about 50mi each day. I have 38k on them as of now and still have 10/32+ on all 4 tires. If I ran them down all the way to 5/32 I bet I could pull 55k-60k easily. I just want bigger rubber so I'll replace them right before next winter, by then I'll be over 45-50k easily on them and can sell them with some tread left to someone who needs a spare or something.

I run Toyo Open Country AT II. Quiet, seem to wear well and no too heavy a tire. Tread design functions well also

The Hankook ATMs so well out here offroad, on road and in the snow. Also very well priced.
